  The staff was extremely helpful. The room I was originally supposed to stay in was not ready and they automatically upgraded us to a better room extremely quickly, neither was inexpensive but I did appreciate it. Everything is only a phone call away. - Setting, room, the palace, people, amenities available.   I liked the activities they had on Saturday. Staff is extremely friendly and try to their best ability to accommodate you. Pools were great. Lobby was beautiful too. Will definitely recommend to friends.
