  This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly, the rooms are amazing and the rooftop bar has the most brilliant views. Wine hour every afternoon is also a nice little perk to staying here! It's close to Times Square and local neighbourhoods in which there are plenty of great restaurants and bars, but not too close tha - We had a terrific view from our Hudson Suite of the Macy's July 4th fireworks; it was the most important factor in our choice on ink48 and we weren't disappointed. The Hudson Suite was well-designed and filled with light - quite different from other Manhattan suites we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were surprised how close we were to the theater district.

  A convenint location for staying overnight near jfk Airport. After landing, we took the Air Train to Federal Circle where they have phones which are connected to the various nearby hotels. After calling, we waited 20 minutes for the free shuttle to arrive to take us to the hotel. The room was clean, modern and spacious, with a good shower. I would recommend the Garden Inn and Suites. - Shuttle - arrived within ten minutes of my call from the courtesy phone at JFK Fed. Circle - great as I was travelling alone and worried about waiting around at 11pm. Shuttle dropped off at requested terminal in the morning. Receiption staff very polite and efficient. Room was quiet and clean, and continental breakfast provided from 4am which was great. All in all a great place to stay close to the airport -- would highly recommend.

  I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! My daughter loved the complimentary hot chocolate. She even commented "Mom, I really like this hotel" and she's only 14. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend - I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I knew what I was going to get. She's an asset to the hotel, made the check in process seamlessly. Luis at the breakfast buffet was very attentive and caring.   Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The hotel is situated conveniently to both the theatre district, lower Manhattan, and is right off the FDR at 37th.   Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle drivers both on June 4 and June 5 were great as well. - Spacious and comfortable room.   We picked this hotel for the US Open. Very convenient and they also provided free shuttles in the morning and evening.   My partner and I were in New York to get Married. The staff could not have been more helpfull than they were. I liked the fact that if I asked a member of staff a question and they did not deal with that department they would find someone that did and get right back to us .All the staff were happy and smilling most of thie time. Room prices are lower than Manhattan rates without service being compromised. Small and intimate restaurant is staffed by friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable was similar to other Hilton's. We would certainly make this hotel a base for future New York visits.
