  The place in general is very nicely designed, which is what Santa Fe is about. Some very nice sculpture/art for decor. The complimentary wine in the early evening, the breakfast was good.The staff at the upstairs bar/breakfast room was very friendly, also at the restaurant, and at the reception in the Hacienda building. The gathering terrace room with the most comfy SW leather and kiva fireplace with ponderosa pine burning was perfect for cocktail hour and breakfast. I was happy to have an exercise room and all the spa amenities. The welcome basket of fruit was such a standing touch of class. Want to go back!!!!

  This was the best value for the space, amenities and staff, as well as convenience, among the 35 places we have stayed in the past 2 months. Clearly, I highly recommend it! All these well maintained: pool, hot tubs, exercise room, laundry room, lovely reading room, lobby. - The location and property for the price.   Afternoon front desk staff went out of her way to accomadate all our requests. She was amazing and fast. We requested a room change (handicap) and we were moved within 10. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were all polite and efficient. I don't understand some of the complaints I've seen here. Maybe just a bunch of babies. One person complained that the hotel/casino are way out in the middle of nowhere. Seriously? Nobody forced you to stay there. Some Indian tribes don't have much of a choice as to where the hotel/casino can be located since the land was set aside for them by the us government. I would stay there again. 4
