We celebrated our anniversary there and the staff was able to upgrade us to a gorgeous suite. - Staff was very nice....there were 3 parties in our reservation...they upgraded the other two with me...very nice for them. ... wat mensen zeggen » However, my room was nice also.   My husband and I stayed after a baseball game. We had ran into some bad luck, lost both debit cards, stuck in the rain away from the hotel, with only 10 dollars cash for a cab ride. Upon return to the hotel, the desk attendant asked how our night was at the game, so we told him our string of bad luck. So nice of him and we will never forget it and also tell everyone!! - We are locals who wanted to stay at the Chase for our wedding night - it is romantic and luxuriously elegant. Perfect for newly weds! And the location in the Central West End was perfect for our guests who wanted the proximity to local attractions such as Forest Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden, St. Louis Art Museum, and the wonderful shops and restaurants! It is next to impossible to have a less than fabulous experience at the Chase Park Plaza!!

  My husband and I were there with our 8 yr. old grand daughter. We swam, spent time in the outside hot tub, had our nails done, and ate at the 88 restaurant. We all had a great time. Exploring the hotel and grounds was so interesting and relaxing. The staff was so kind and helpful! We all loved our stay!!!!! - Loved the staff! We checked in & got to our room which was not in the best spot so we called front desk & they switched us to another room that was so much better & close to everything & lake view at no extra charge.
