  We liked the easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious bathroom, nice furnishings. I left an item in the room after check out and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage. He dug it out of ... wat mensen zeggen » the garbage, but it was actually ruined by liquid, so I didnt ask for it to be returned to me. Very nice gesture by the lost and found staff. - great location, parked the car and walked to what we wanted to do/see. close to mississippi river and harriet island park. very nice walk-way along the river, the park was clean, beautiful trees and very nice walking paths. the room was nicely decorated, clean. great bathroom shower with a rain shower head. fridge and microwave in room. quiet. beautiful view of the mississippi river and surrounding area.

  The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. Happy hour at the Bank was reasonable the drinks and food were good. Staff very polite and accommodating? Would have loved to have the giant bottle of La Crem... wat mensen zeggen » a from the bank vault delivered to our room for us to consume. - I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

  When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending. The price was great and staff was genuinely very kind and attentive to our needs, especially since my husband is disabled. - I was ver... wat mensen zeggen » y surprised how friendly the staff was.   Rooms were great. Beds really comfortable. Very plush accommodations. Walking distance to the train - I enjoyed the upscale experience without staff being snooty.

  Absolutely lovely view of Lake Superior from our room and Loved the wood fireplace so romantic. Restaurant on property was excellent! Wonderful service and view! We stayed in the studio unit and the sofa bed was quite comfortable. Lovely spot ~ - The view Ns natural sleep sounds were amazing. An experience we will never forget.
