The staff was very cordial and helpful. Our air conditioning unit
failed during our stay and upon calling the desk, a maintenance person
came complete with a new unit to replace the broken one. It took only
about 10 minutes total. We will definitely return to the Rodeway next
summer, it was relaxing and our oceanfront room was an excellent value

I was extremely worried about the reviews that said about bed bugs
especially since we took an 8 month old but the room was great. I
previously had checked on how to spot bed bugs and I was unable to
notice any nor did any of us receive any bites during our stay. I also
liked the staff. They were willing to help with whatever we needed. -

The owner was friendly and made us comfortable with our stay ! Rooms were always clean ! Hot water heater broke and owner bought a brand new one for her guests to have a great cozy stay !!! Had a beautiful clean pool and close walk to the beach ! -

I loved the location of Coastal Palms. Although the front of the hotel faced a busy street, the rear (where our room was located) was perfect. We had a balcony, a view of the ocean and the beach was literally a couple of feet away from the hotel. I noticed an added feature; a beach house which Coastal rents, which is even closer to the beach.

The hotel was very clean and it was so worth the money, because in Ocean City we couldnt get anything for under two hundred dollars during the Cruzin Car Show and parade, not that far from Ocean City, and we will be looking to stay there again. -

This hotel has an excellent location close to the beach and boardwalk.
It is on the north side of the boardwalk, so it is quiet and away from
the main part of it, which is nice (especially at night). Staff was very
friendly. Hotel has some wear and tear (it is old, like most hotels in
oc) but overall clean. We didn't spend a lot if time in our room
anyway. The size of the room (we had two double beds only) was average.
I got an excellent discounted price, making the hotel an excellent value
