  One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon .   I was very impressed. Hotel was clean and very well lit. Definitely felt like I was in a luxury Hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive.   Great location. Park the car and forgot it for a week. With the Metro station right under the hotel, getting around was perfect - never had to worry about parking. Hotel was clean, kid friendly and absolutely perfect. The free breakfast and the manager's reception each night?   We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff was very nice especially the doorman he made us feel right at home. Great location to Fells Point. - I liked the location of the hotel. It was just a short walk to the Convention Center and there were lots of restaurants and shops in the area.
