  My sister and I were there for a weekend of Christmas shopping and really like the hotel shuttle that took us back and forth to the mall. One shuttle driver went put of way when our car was out of gas. He took us to gas station to get some gas and then assisted us with putting on tank.   Everything, the hotel is wonderful. I'm a retired Marine and I've traveled with my family to many places. This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. - Room with the balcony view of the inside mall and river veiw also. Iwill let others know about this, when visiting here.

  Staff were very courteous and efficient in the hotel and the restaurant. The room was clean, though it is not the most modern or new in the furniture. Except for the pillows, the bed was comfortable. I was glad that the air conditioner did not blow directly on me like some other hotels have done in my past experiences. The restaurant has a nice am... wat mensen zeggen » bience to it with its gas fireplaces and pleasant décor. - The Ramada was easy to find, impressive to enter, very clean and quiet. We were especially pleased with the size of the bathroom, types of complimentary accessories, large towels and a lighted shower! We received a coupon for 15% off a meal at the on-site restaurant but there was also a good number of choices for food nearby. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

  The set-up of hotel. The hotel staff friendly and professional. Always asking how everything is and volunteering information before asked. The rooms and dinning above great with sit down restaurant feel and quality. Staff on hand to help and ask questions @ breakfast. Not left to self like other hotels that give breakfast. Something new and innova... wat mensen zeggen » tive, was the lounge time with snacks and drinks. The gym made me want to get back to my exercise routine @ home. Didn't notice if a pool? But will bo - I bed was amazing, the tv had great choices, the staff answered questioned quickly and have direct answers that are helpful. The Breakfast was to die for. The breakfast was cooked fast and yet it was good. The staff helpful with all the dirty plates to make sure that we had clean area. They had to news up and that was great to watch the news eat breakfast and head out to the airport with no problems.

  I have stayed at many hotels for leisure especially in the last 6 months and this one by far was one of the best. I booked last minute as a surprise getaway for my new beau and he loved it! The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were almost never in use the two times we went down. The walls for the room were not paper thin like most hotels. There were about 5 other hotels a stones throw from the Westin and I've always been a Marriott gal myself having worked fo - The staff was extremely helpful. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take.
