  The location was excellent and so very beautiful. Loved the Marginal Way walk watching the sun come up and all the beautiful rocks and waves. Also loved so much the huge beach at low tide where we could walk for miles. The town is wonderful! Glad that we went off season, too. Could enjoy our walks in town and gift shopping without crowds. Staff was great, room was great, it being family & gay friendy, the location & parking - being able to park for the remainder of the day the day of check out- thank you. Free tea in loby!   My wife and I have stayed at the Samoset Resort a number of times and the staff has always been accommodating and extremely friendly. Meals in the restaurant are excellent and the ambiance (both in the restaurant and in the hotel) couldn't be better - summer or winter. - The pool was beautiful and had a family friendly atmosphere.   We loved our little cabin in the woods. So clean. And the location was great for driving to many of the special little towns in coastal Maine. And the service was great - our ceiling fan quit working. As soon as we called to report it, staff was sent to repair it. Great service! - Thsi is my third stay at Point Lookout and it has been great e... wat mensen zeggen » very time. The cabin gives you a lot more space than a hotel room and it almost feels like home. We tracel with a little dog and it is perfect if you have pets.

  Great golf resort...even though we don't golf. This was an rci resort so, it had many resort qualities. Internet was fast but charges applied as noted at booking. Surprisingly great fireworks on 4th of July evening. Restaraunt had free Wi-fi. - Almost everything. In summary: a good place to stay.

  The Stage Neck Inn was located on York Harbor and has a lovely water view. The staff is very polite and quite attentive and welcoming. Our room was an Upper Beach Room which had a distant view of the beach across the parking lot. If you are able to and there is availability, we strongly suggest that you book a close up water view. Do try the Lobster Rolls! - Sni was beautiful, had excellent food and very friendly staff. It was very clean, comfortable and well-run. Free cookies, coffee, hot chocolate, cider, and other beverages were provided daily for free. We had the Bed & Breakfast package with a full breakfast buffet daily. Two really good restaurants. It's in a lovely setting right on the water. Unfortunately, we were there in mid-fall. I'd definitely go back during a summer.

  The resort felt like a true New England Resort. I loved that it was removed from the hustle and bustle. The grounds were impeccably maintained. The into town was convenient and fun!! - Great facilities with lots of recreation options including heated fresh water pool, salt water pool and hot tub right on the ocean. Room was superb.

  This is a very nice place to stay. The resort like most in the area is older and doesn't have the same accomodations as the new hotels but that is not why we wanted to stay here. The staff was friendly and the food was good.   The place is very clean and well-maintained. The woman who runs the hotel is very organized and on top of everything. She gave pretty good area recommendations and was always willing to answer questions. We got a good deal on a room for a week-long trip, much less expensive than some of the inns/cottages closer to Kennebunkport, and walking-distan... wat mensen zeggen » ce to the beach! Plenty of parking. - Loved the setting and a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. The rooms clean and the King Suite spacious for the rental cost. A very pretty setting and convenient to restaurants, hikes, shopping, and entertainment.
