  Loved the adult infinity pool and that our room was a few feet away. We had an awesome oceanfront room that was very close to the pool. The pool side staff was very friendly and service was excellent. Front desk was freindly and helpful. Maid service was good too. - Good resort to enjoy Maui more. Location is ok. The view is good.   Location was perfect. View was superb. Pool, restaurants, cafes, rooms are all fantastic. Easy access to beach right in front of hotel as well as own private beach area. Excellent poolside bar. Hotel has own bus area to the side where most of the tour buses pick up. Children of all ages were well catered for and hence adults were able to enjoy the location and amenities and relax, I especially loved my visits to the adults only pool. Our room was fantastic, the beds exceptionally comfortable.   It is a historical landmark. Conveniently located. outstanding beach and view.Great for shopping I particularly love the rocking chair on the balcony and the stores , Martin Mcarthure, Vivien Westwood. - The hotel was beautiful, loved the history and the rocking chairs on the porch.   Forget the reviews about how it takes a long time to get anywhere - plot courses of shortest distances on the map they give you and only use tram / boat for novelty. Awesome bridges and islands around lagoon tend to be shortest route(s). Staff and service best I've ever seen. They all live in Hawaii - they're happy! It really is quite impressive. Lots of things to do. You really don't ever even have to leave the resort. But if you want to one of my favorite beaches Hapuna is right up the road. I also really liked the products they had in their bathroom so much so I bought some to take home with me.

  I liked the villa suite that my extended family and I stayed in. We got to spend quality, relaxing time together. The lagoon swimming and pool swimming were fantastic. Our ocean view was wonderful! The price was reasonable. - the quiet location out of the hub hub of Honolulu was a big plus and the lagoons are wonderful for swimming.
