  We really enjoyed our stay. The room & hotel, in general, was clean, well-appointed, and beautifully furnished. The buffet breakfast was very nice, too. We were able to take the hotel shuttle to Chase field, while leaving our car safely parked at the hotel. The hotel rate was very reasonable. Beds were very comfy, looked to be newly remodeled, staff was great and the free breakfast had the best selection of food I've seen in a long time. Would recommend it to anyone and I did tell all my friends and business associates about this hotel.

  The location is perfect to visit the Grand Canyon as it is located less then 10 miles from teh South Rim entrance. The village also offers a lot of possibilities for dining and has a general store for all kind of shopping. The appartment we had was a 2 bedroom appartment, very spacious with big living room, fully equiped kitchen, terrace, 2 bathro... wat mensen zeggen » oms with shower. Perfect in itself. - The price was very good value. It was also very clean and well maintained. We didn't expect housekeeping service every day, clean sheets and towels. Liked having laundry facilities on site. Over all very impressed and perfect location for the Grand Canyon. Absolutely would like to go back and will for sure recommend to friends and family.

  The general manager. We had a problem at midnight, he came to the room, quietly not waking 3 of the sleeping ppl in the room, and got the ac running. Then he told us that he would adjust the bill, and he did exactly what he said he would do. We are very thankful for him. Kudos to him!   I had a great experience here on a week long stay for work. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is there within 10 minutes of you calling and as long as they aren't inundated with the airport pick ups, they will drop you off in downtown Tempe. The mini fridge and kitchenette is very convenient for a longer ... wat mensen zeggen » stay and if you're a breakfast fan, this has nice options from fruit and yogurt to eggs and make your own waffles. - The staff was wonderful, they were so very helpful especially the shuttle drivers who recommended several restaurants, took us to the downtown area of Tempe and then picked us up almost immediately upon calling the hotel.   We love the hampton inn because you folks make it so easy for us. Easy checkin,parking,pleasant room,internet and feed us too! What else could we ask for! Then we needed documents printed at the last minute and Arden at the front desk made it all happen for us instantly without hesitation and saved us.
