The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the enjoyment of our stay. We were excited about our free upgrade to a harbor view room. We stay at this hotel at least twice a year because of visiting family living in Seward. -

Really enjoyed my 10 nights here fornteh aurora. Hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I chose this nHotel on the outskirts of town, formteh aurora, it had darker skies, and I saw them quite a few times!! There is a busstop out fron, but be aware that minimal to no service at weekends. -

this motel was a pleasure to stay in, we were in one of the end rooms but the room and facilities made up for the lengthy walk to reception. The staff were great and the shuttle too and from town and the airport was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and reasonably priced. The lobby was a great place to relax and take in the wall art. -

Location beside the lake with all the personal ski-planes provided good visual entertainment. The Deck restaurant was good value for money with friendly staff, a good entertainer and it was a beautiful sunny evening. My experience in this hotel was very enjoyable and I would stay there again on my next trip.

Stayed here the last night before leaving Alaska. Great place to stay, nice room and close to the airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle which is great for traveling. -

Our view from the room was wonderful, we watched the sea otters play in the harbor between the docks. Beautiful snow covered mountains in the background. Window open to the east to watch the sunrise. We could walk to shop & eat, saving gas and getting a little exercise. -

Very good shuttle service to and from the airport, made life very easy. Bags could be stored for collection at a later date which made travelling a lot easier as we didn't have to take all our camping stuff when visiting other places. Compared to other hotels in the area, I liked that it was budget-
friendly. We stayed at the hotel to meet up with our tour group. Your
front desk clerk was extremely professional and helpful when we stayed
the night of June 15, 2013. Would stay again when we are in Anchorage.
