  Drivers of vans were wonderful and extremely helpful. They were our only source of transportation. Breakfast was wonderful each and every day---ice cream in the evening was also truly appreciated.   Really enjoyed my 10 nights here fornteh aurora. Hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I chose this nHotel on the outskirts of town, formteh aurora, it had darker skies, and I saw them quite a few times!! There is a busstop out fron, but be aware that minimal to no service at weekends. - The staff were excellent and ... wat mensen zeggen » so accommodating, they went out of their way to help and advise us of things to see and do. A young staff member Stephanie was excellent and so informative and her knowledge of the area and Alaska was exceptional.

  this motel was a pleasure to stay in, we were in one of the end rooms but the room and facilities made up for the lengthy walk to reception. The staff were great and the shuttle too and from town and the airport was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and reasonably priced. The lobby was a great place to relax and take in the wall art. - ... wat mensen zeggen » Location beside the lake with all the personal ski-planes provided good visual entertainment. The Deck restaurant was good value for money with friendly staff, a good entertainer and it was a beautiful sunny evening. My experience in this hotel was very enjoyable and I would stay there again on my next trip.

  Stayed here the last night before leaving Alaska. Great place to stay, nice room and close to the airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle which is great for traveling. - The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, actually go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They actually know many of their customers names.

  The staff was incredibly helpful. Tony at the front desk did everything he could to assist us even after we checked out of the hotel. He kept an eye on our luggage while we spent the day in Fairbanks and while our second hotel refused to pick us up, Tony arranged for our transfer. Outstanding service in the hotel and in the restaurant. We would ha... wat mensen zeggen » ve preferred to have stayed in the Regency Fairbanks over our transfer to Sophie Station Suites. - This must be one of the best bargain options in Alaska. We paid 75 dollars for a spacious double room, that was clean and had everything necessary for even a longer stay. Wi Fi was perfect. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night and had to leave early in the morning, so we can say nothing about breakfast quality. Generally, this place, if they keep their present rates, is highly recommended.

  Enjoyed my 4 night stay here, staff were good and helpful. They changed my room to one with views over the mountains, which was wonderful. Busstop nearby, though the Hotel driver Karen, may be able to drop you off. Little supermarket across the road at the servo. - Was much better than other hotels of this price range.   Very good shuttle service to and from the airport, made life very easy. Bags could be stored for collection at a later date which made travelling a lot easier as we didn't have to take all our camping stuff when visiting other places. Food was good and breakfasts made delightful especially by the really lovely waitress who was always interested in... wat mensen zeggen » our travels. Location was good, near to downtown and also walking trails. Bed very comfortable and all amenities with coffee making machine in room. - Compared to other hotels in the area, I liked that it was budget- friendly. We stayed at the hotel to meet up with our tour group. Your front desk clerk was extremely professional and helpful when we stayed the night of June 15, 2013. Would stay again when we are in Anchorage. The staff is an asset to your hotel.
