  We could see that the new owners are working hard to make this a pleasant place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast offerings included a waffle iron for fresh waffles, cereal, danish and hard boiled eggs (although they seemed a bit over done). Lots of character and a most excellent restaurant with friendly staff, excellent food, big portions and very good selection of local beers. Western style accommodation and buildings are fun and rooms were big. Location excellent as it is relatively close to Bryce but much less touristy.

It was clean and the owner stayed for me to get there when I was going to be a half hour late.
