Guest rooms were recently redone completely and are very fresh, clean & well-maintained. Terrific complimentary breakfast is part of the package. They were super nice and friendly. Secondly, the facilities were all new and as clean as I could ask for. They provided a great breakfast, and had a wonderful play set and fenced yard outside for kids to meet and safely play. I hated leaving!

  The stay was just perfect. Our Host and Hostess were so nice and friendly. The room was lovely and so accessible for us, on the main floor. Food in the Bon Ton restaurant was the best ever. Our breakfast was yummy, to say the least. - Beautifully restored 19th Century hotel now a charming B&B. Very friendly and helpful innkeeper.   Because I was arriving fairly late, the receptionist called on my cell to see where I was en route and when I might arrive. When it appeared that I wouldn't arrive before they closed the desk for the night, she offered to leave my room unlocked, with the key inside and allow me to register in the morning. The air conditioner/heat was a little noisy and took awhile to warm the room, but did - Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Owner Lori was very nice and attentive of our needs. Would rate this at the highest level of satisfaction and would recommend this to any one staying in Ouray.

  This is one of the best vacation hotels I've ever stayed in and the first to be a green hotel!! Beautiful setting butted up to mountains and river, clean and tastefully decorated, owners were so friendly and helpful! The reasonable rates are why I will bring my family again next year! I've never experienced that! Room was impeccably clean, bed very comfortable, and decor made us feel at home. Beautiful flowers hung on the front porch. Reminded me of Switzerland. Great location.
