  Staff very nice and helpful! Rooms was clean, and I had a great view of the water which made it worth the money. And if your not up for going out they have a very nice lounge area overall the stay was good.. - Everything was great.   Everything, the hotel is wonderful. I'm a retired Marine and I've traveled with my family to many places. This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. - Room with the balcony view of the inside mall and river veiw also. Iwill let others know about this, when visiting here.

The Clerk on duty went to great lengths to ensure I still had the room I had booked (as I had a copy of the original booking confirmation). Top marks for customer service. - The suite style of stay was a first for me and I quickly became a fan.   Simply beautiful view of the Potomic and D.C. from our room. Everyone was helpful and made us feel at home. Thanks to the free shuttle, we didn't even have to move our car until we were ready to leave for home. - The concierge, David, went above and beyond to make this visit outstanding. One of my favorite details about this hotel is that they allow dogs of all sizes and have a dog happy hour every Tuesday and Thursday.
