  The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. - I love the fact that we were able to get a ocean view room on short notice.   This hotel is the absolute best I've ever been to!!!!!! And I've been to a lot of hotels all around the world. The hotel is a whole lot better than you could se it on t - We had a suit and it had everything me and wife wanted, clean bathroom, jacuzzi and ocean view very nice. also every Saturday there's a pool party with live dj. If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free

The design (an antidote to the pervasive kitsch tendencies of most Miami Beach hotels), the atmosphere, the location (directly on the water with fantastic views), the restaurant (wholesome food, light and very tasty), the spa (exceptional), the staff (the best I have experienced in the us - very attentive, helpful & smiling). A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more. It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me.   The check in staff were amazing, the young ladies couldn't help you enough. they made our check in so easy, and were so helpful with our late check out, which we hadn't booked, so we really appreciated it. the security staff in the evening were very helpful with our travel and restaurant choices. overall great place for a large family from Londo... wat mensen zeggen » n, Thank you for a great stay x - It was a nice room overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The suite needed up dating but it was clean. The pool area was very nice. I liked the security staff made sure you were a guest and not just someone walking off the beach. We did enjoy our stay there. The view, the balcony, the beach..this was a great value.
