  The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. - I love the fact that we were able to get a ocean view room on short notice.   Our room was quite big with a wonderful bathroom and shower. Also, it faced into the courtyard, which meant that we couldn't hear much of the party noise in front of the hotel. As we were celebrating our anniversary we received complimentary breakfast, which was very good and served until noon. The service on the beach was also excellent. One time we accidentally left a tip of $105 for breakfast (ins - My experience at Hotel Breakwater was perfect and flawless. Perfectly located on the best area of South Beach FL. Cross the road to one of the best beaches in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have not noticed anything but a smile all through my stay! In particular Mr. Curtis and the night duty gentleman from front desk. They made my stay beautiful. Thanks guys I won't forget to thank Mr. Jimmy the General Manager who makes runs the whole friendly show. I will definitely not

  Loved the decor, the light airy space that has been created throughout the ground floor. The pool area was lovely with comfortable and stylish seating. Restaurant was good for burgers, pasta etc and not too expensive. Our room (410) was spacious and very trendy with views over the pool and South Beach beyond.   We enjoyed our room location we had the best of both worlds, views of the city and the ocean! Great, Great, Great!!!! Staff were the best!   This hotel is the absolute best I've ever been to!!!!!! And I've been to a lot of hotels all around the world. The staff is absolutely amazing,the food is exquisite, the landscape is beatiful, the interior design is so modern and unique,the pool was warm,the view from the balcony is breathaking!I felt special,relaxed,welcomed and pampered througho... wat mensen zeggen » ut the 2 full days I stayed there and I would absulutely come back here again in the future! The hotel is a whole lot better than you could se it on t - We had a suit and it had everything me and wife wanted, clean bathroom, jacuzzi and ocean view very nice. also every Saturday there's a pool party with live dj. If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free
