  The room was spacious, everything was clean and shiny, there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The location is very convenient, on the main road, a huge store nearby for groceries, buses to/from SF, San Jose, airport etc. Very close (~10 m.) by foot to the Caltrain station. The free shuttle to Stanford University (called Marguerite; operat... wat mensen zeggen » ed by Stanford) has a stop right next to the hotel. There's even a pool, although I didn't use it. - The staff was really nice and helpful. The small swim pool courtyard was cute and felt comfortable sitting out there eating meals. There is the beautiful Stanford Mall right down the road less than a mile, and a Safeway store right next door, so you can get something to eat very easily.The location was easy to get on and off the freeways and to and from Stanford University where we were heading most the time.

  The concierge was nice, checking in was fast and easy. The room was as expected. A motel so don't expect a five star hotel room. You can see that the motel is standing sturdy but in need of some minor renovation in terms of the bathrooms. As for the room overall, it was great. It's also close to the Redwood City Caltrain station. - Freshly paint... wat mensen zeggen » ed room, very clean and big bathroom with new tiles and countertop, at least it seemed that way. I stayed there couple nights, and I liked the fact that the bad was made and towels neatly arranged. Friendly staff as well. Would stay there again.
