  Very convenient for an airport stopover, very close to the airport, with a regular easy to catch free shuttle. I arrived at 8 am not expecting to be able to check in, but had meetings from 10 am so asked if there was somewhere I could clean up and store bags - they checked me into my room straight away, which was fantastic service. Check ou - Rooms were spacious, nicely appointed, updated and very clean. There was a refrigerator in the room. The pool is very nice (hot tub also) and is surrounded by an attractive patio area; it stays open quite late. There are a lot of meeting facilities that are reasonably priced. The staff always accessible, friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks and three decent restaurants on site.

  The roof top was awesome, good views of the area and you could see the hollywood sign. The pool is not a huge pool but its very nice and modern. The restaurant makes very strong and delicious cocktails which was a treat in the afternoons. We had some food for breakfast and lunch there and it was good. The service was awesome as well. We has a premier king room, it had a nice big clean bathroom which included a - Staff was great. We have two babies and they were incredibly accommodating. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient. The staff were FABULOUS and so helpful towards our every enquiry.   Great deal on booking made the stay justifiable:) traveling through, long distance, high stress... We were extremely well taken care of, particularly by Christian at the check in desk. He even remembered my name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store there... I've stayed at this location before and will definitely stay there again. super comfor - Room was well appointed, large and modern. Large bathroom with many towels and great housekeeping department that kept the complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and body cream in abundance. Very helpful and efficient staff when needed - from reception to the concierge service, everyone was pleasant, friendly and made an effort. Made the stay highly enjoyable. Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles. The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.
