The neighborhood isn't nearly as bad as other reviews (& satellite photos on Google Maps) led us to be - Great hotel with internal parking (at any time, even in the night). The room was very clean, confortable, and with all amenities (good air conditioner, fridge, lcd tv, a safe, etc.); this was a king room.

  This very low profile hotel is the best kept secret in hollywood. At first sight it doesn't seem to be the best choice. Yet in my opinion it is. I've been around la for a while in the various neighborhoods and in many different hotels. And the "Super 8" without the slightest of doubt was the best offer quality-pricewise. In - In fact, this is a good price in relation to the quality. In the Neighbourhood, it might be the best (I've been in most budget hotels in Hollywood). Free Parking en centrally located. Wifi is strong en good enough to watch Netflix ;-) Breakfast is ok, enough choise and it's free!
