  The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the man in the little convenience shop - he was wonderful. The Hotel is not situated in the heart of Hollywood and is not the best area, but we found it safe and easy to catch public transport into Hollywood Boulevard and Santa Monica Beach. - central location

Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia. I even got a text on my cell phone asking if we needed any help. There wasn't a wait for valet to bring the car up.

You can order a complimentary fridge for your room and connect the rooms together with opening an inner door in the rooms.   I did not expect much due to some reviews but I was very happy. My daughter and I were active all day and the location was convient to public metro and buses, and the beds were very comfortable. The Room had all we needed and they cleaned it well every day. The staff was all very polite and helpful.
