  staff exceptional. pleasant bus drivers. easy place to return car from. coffee on tap. asked if I could heat my heating pad for my arthritic knee in the micro wave. and was allowed to.good breakfast. would definitely recommend 1st class to anyone. - I like the convenience of location. The hotel was quiet and away from all the city noise, but close enough to get to the mall, spa's and restaurants I wanted to visit.

  The hotel is probably one of the few that is just that. Most other venues are a combination of hotel, casinos, shops and more. The location is perfect as the building is somewhat away from the busy and noisy boulevard. There is a friendly welcome when you check in and you are bombarded with information and offers After that you c - The polo towers was very clean, they had very friendly staff, and was perfect for what me and my friends needed. We got the 2 bedroom suite for 6 people an they're was plenty of room for sleep and personal space. They had three beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 balconys. We requested a top floor view of the strip and they were able to provide it to us, which was great except we had to wait literally 2 hours when they had told us it would only take no more than 30 - 60 minutes for them to check o
