I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great. It's a walking distance to both parks and you enjou express pass and early admition. -

I booked the hotel on-line expecting it to be a "value" room. Much to my surprise the room was about 2 steps up from value. are clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to Universal
Studios, and wet and wild water park. Staff is attentive and
accommodating. When construction is over it will be one of the best

We were 2 minutes from Universal Studios. The price was fantastic. We actually spent more money on a dinner out for all 4 of us, than we did for 3 nights at the Super 8! The friendly and professional manner in which Letitia handled my

- We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost because it was a
smoking suite.
- After checking out, we needed to use wi-fi to contact home and couldn't find any. We went back to the hotel on the offchance we could use theirs and were promptly given the wi-fi password by a lovely member of staff.
- The suite was gorgeous.
- We needed extra time to pack in the morning and requested a later check-out time, which was granted.

Ligging - extra space for closet - I appreciated some much the cleanliness of the room, it was cleaned all the time and the facilities were available all the time, taxis drivers, shutlles, good location, the unique negative point is the price of taxis, I considered it so high.

For the price, this is exceptional value for money. It's not the Hilton, but what do you expect for such a cheap rate? Everything you need, great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. We like having a free shuttle to universal studios. The room was great! Lots of amenities like free bottled water, internet, free choc chip cookies on check in, clean room, customary shampoo/conditioner but we also liked the free sewing repair

The goal to surpass our expectations! It was reflected in the warm cookies at checkin, quick check-in, free and fast wifi, hassle free billing correction, free shuttle to universal studios.
Also the location was really walking distance... 10 minutes.. to Universal Studios.
