  Het is een prima hotel voor een stedentrip naar New York, met een zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. We hadden een kamer met een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de 34e etage en prima faciliteiten.   Bij onze aankomst bleek onze kamer "overbooked". We hebben onmiddellijk (op kosten van het hotel) een kamer gekregen in een zeer goed zusterhotel (East gate tower). Zelfs de taxi-verplaatsing werd door het hotel betaald. Vanaf dag 2 kregen we dan een kamer in het Beekman hotel. Ons verblijf van 5 nachten werd op deze manier 250 euro goedkoper dan g... wat mensen zeggen » epland! Best een leuke meevaller. - In alle opzichten een prima hotel.

  This hotel location is very near to most amenities, from shops up to your chemist, with restaurant ever close by, it is difficult not t like thehotel, with the only exception of its not so free internet connection. The service was excellent, far better than many more expensive hotels, nothing was too much effort for the staff who were always bright and friendly and came up with quick and more than satisfactory solutions to anything they were asked. The staff was super friendly and so accommodating. Never saw room service at a hotel work so fast to get dinner up for the kids and the food tasted great too.   The room was a good size for NYC. Hotel was a block from Grand Central Terminal, super for subway and subway shuttle to Times Square! The restautant on site was nice, good food, out door seating. Because it was on 44th, and blocked by the terminal, the street was REALLY quiet. For New York City the size and price of the hotel room were also exceptional, especially when looking at some of the other hotels in the area. All of the staff, including the restaurant, were helpful and friendly and eager to serve. Everything is in walking distance.

  The service was amazing - old-school I'd say. Everyone was committed to make our stay the best. Always with a smile - from reception to housekeeping. Reception staff was especially lovely, happy to meet even our most complicated needs.   Travelling as family with two older children 21 and 18, we chose the one bedroom suite with two double beds (most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in). The suite also had a bed settee in the lounge area. The suite was spacious and very comfortable with super TV's in bedroom and lounge, not that we spent much time watching the tv! We used the fridge - From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-) The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.
