Nette en schone kamers. Prettig hotel om te verblijven voor gunstige prijs - Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was uitstekend! Prima locatie, op loopafstand van het convention centre en het bruisende gaslamp quarter. De was faciliteiten werden vaak schoon gemaakt er was altijd een douche/toilet vrij ondanks dat het gedeeld werd met 14 kamers. Het personee

although the hotel was not what we expected it was okay considering we were just there to sleep. if you're looking for a cheap decent place to sleep this is the place. if you're looking for somewhere to be comfortable probably not the place for you. I'm a pretty easy going girl who have to get ready for Halloween party and this place was just ok for that.

The rooms were really nice and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The on-site gym was under repair during my visit but they provided guest aces to the YMCA gym just around the corner. ironically that was one of the highlights of my trip as the Y had one of the best retired weight rooms I have seen in a long time. -

Complimentary breakfasts for two days. Problem with toilet on third day repaired straight away. Staff very courteous and friendly.

Locatie, midden in de stad bij alle bezienswaardigheden. - It was conviniently located in downtown, not too far from the main attractions that we went to see in S.D. Great price for the area. Very Clean. Continental breakfast which was included daily was ok. - Convenient location, staff very accomodating, room very spacious and clean.

1. the location is perfect! USS Midway museum is whithin 5 minutes walk distance, Seaport Villiage, 15 minutes of walk, other places of interests, e.g. Seaworld, Bolboa park and San Diego Zoo, are easy connected either by the free shuttle or the quick-'n'-easy public transportations.

We love the fact that both our boys had their own beds, which allowed for a more intimate time for my spouse and I. We also loved the breakfast and evening snacks offered. The location was just right. -

Loved our stay. We live only about 30 mins. north of San Diego and try to stay at the West Gate at least twice a year. It is like being on a vacation even though we are residents. Absolutely love staying downtown. -
Very close to the Gaslamp quarter, this means many dining/drinking opportunities.

Everything! I was blown away with the beauty of the lobby! The staff was wonderful, our room was fantastic, (corner king), the food was good (pulled pork was best I've had in ages!), and the views were gorgeous. I loved how close it was to so many areas of SD. The pool area (with the firepits at night!) looked wonderful, but it was so windy so we didn't stay. I also loved the old pictures throughout the hotel. If you are from SD it was particularly super to see them.

The style of hotel and room suited our taste and what you would expect
from a European style boutique hotel. Great Cafe downstairs! Great View
of downtown and a feeling like you are downtown, but not in the thick of
it. Relatively quiet and easy access to all parts of San Diego. The
staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will make this our home
away from home whenever we travel to San Diego.
