  The staff were fabulous, attentive, helpful, went the extra mile. Parking was easy, friendly, went the extra mile. Everyone called me by name! That matters. Room service food was yummy, elegant. I will return as soon as I can schedule it. - Everything! My room, though not large, was beautifully appointed with a deck and a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. I could see past the Ferris Wheel at the Santa Monica Pier! The room service was outstanding and breakfast at the gourmet restaurant was wonderful. Each staff member I met was warm, friendly and extremely professional. I would definitely return again and again!

  My 14 year old daughter and I stayed at the Shore this past June for 7 nights. Each room has a balcony. We were moved to an ocean -front room since we were staying for a week which was very generous. The location is probably the best in Santa Monica. Last year we stayed at the Loews and while it was more elegant, the Shore has a much better locati... wat mensen zeggen » on. The hotel is green, clean, sleek and minimal. It is not for those who are looking for traditional or fancy. The staff is very nice as well. I love - Fantastic location right opposite famous Santa Monica pier and behind Bloomingdales and shopping on 3rd Promenade. Rooms were modern and bathroom has clear glass wall to see into bedroom, which was a novelty for my 7yo daughter. Free internet/wifi was fantastic. Was given glass of champagne at check in which was a nice surprise. My daughter loved the heated pool.

  This hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip. It was close to everything; shopping, Santa Monica Pier, great restaurants and bars; couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff were fantastic, they gave us great advice and organised our transport back to the airport which saved us time and money.
