  Impeccable service, excellent location, stylishly furnished rooms, ridiculously comfortable beds. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll be staying again on my next visit to Chicago.   The staff was extremely helpful. Since the moment we arrived to until our last minute there we felt welcome. Especially Nabeel and Jared were very kind and gave us a lot of great tips about what to do and where to go in Chicago. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.

  I didn't expect such luxury for the money. The location was perfect in that it was in the middle of everything we wanted to see. I'm still trying to get over the tv that was embedded in the bathroom mirror. I've never had three TVs in a unit before. The electric curtains and blinds were nice and it was something we hadn't seen since our stay at the Birj Al Arab - From the lobby we came in to a very modern and friendly atmosphere.
