  I arrived New York deadly tired at around 12 midnight. I was received by a quick check-in, rapid delivery of my lugguage. To my surprise the room had a coffee maker, excellent pulsating shower. Location was perfect and the view from the room was a surprise to me. Great value for money. - New and clean hotel in the center of Manhattan. 15 min to Time Aquare , 15 minutes to Flatiron from hotel by walking. Personal is so nice, kind and helpfull. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.

  Bed was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, bellman was able to hail a cab for us on the way to the airport, location was great because we did alot of Meatpacking and Chelsea sightseeing. I think this area gives you more insight to the lifestyle of a true New Yorker- versus staying in Times Square.   Location was perfect, just beside a subway station and within walking distance of Times Square. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were not expecting breakfast and it was a nice surprice to learn at check in that it was included, very basic but good to have a quick bite and coffee before hitting the sights and shops! Would recommend this hotel for anyone who - It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). The cafe next door has great breakfast food and were extremely friendly as well. The TV had no cable reception at first but they came up promptly to fix it. I asked

  The staff was very friendly, the pictures of the hotel is real: "What you see is what you get" - The beds are comfortable, rooms has a good size for a hotel in Manhattan - Clean and nice! The bar is open til 02.00 and has a smoking area. There is free coffe in the lobby in the mornings, and fresh water and ice tea doing the day. Staff is helpful... wat mensen zeggen » and smiling. All in all it is a really good and nice hotel to stay in. It is quiet at night time, and is therefor both family friendly as group fri - The staff were brilliant. On check in we discovered another persons luggage in our room. They promptly removed that and then put us in another room....along with 3 free breakfasts, cocktails, beer and food! Gave us a late check out at no extra cost and the bar staff are very friendly. A great, clean comfortable room and not far from the sights or subway. I would stay again.
