  My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It's the strongest advantage of Hilton TS, close to Times Square, Broadway, two subway stations and all main sightseeings, the center of everything in NYC. Comfortable big clean room with good view.   Great location. Easy access to Times Square restaurants and subway. My husband and I stayed there with our 3 kids 16, 12, and 2 when we arrived the bill was higher than we had anticipated. We could not believe how clean and beautiful this hotel was the conceirge and doormen were wonderfully helpful. Great restaurant recommendations, etc. We will definitely stay again. De ontbijtruimte is klein maar het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. - de ligging was zeer goed. De familiekamer was goed, twee bedden met goeie matrassen en goed bedlinnen.   The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff. The room had a small fridge which was great, and the hotel offers luggage storage. The subway is on the same block and 3 blocks to the heart of Time Square. The staff were very helpful and nothing was missing from our experience. The room was modern, spacious and comfortable with a big bed and great tv. Breakfast included. Happy Hour in the evening Mon-Thu from 5.30 to 7 (free alcohol and snacks). Eco friendly (can choose when to have towels washed and bed changed, water saving toilet etc). Shower was ok but not the best we have had. Shower gel and shampoo/conditioner in an easy use container, which was very nice. Hate those fiddly little bottles. Huge fridge/freezer and kitchenette.   We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The Four Points hotel is located right next to the bus station (the bus stops on 42nd St – but at the back of the bus station is 40th St where the hot... wat mensen zeggen » el is), the bus pickup point back to the airport is on 41st St. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, but they let us leave all our cases and bags - The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it up for us.

The room was spacious and comfortable, well appointed and modern but without losing a classic feeling high ceilings and big windows.
