  There is incredible value to be found at The Trylon: clean rooms with everything that you need: a nice bed with a great mattress that allows you to have a good nights sleep, all the amenities that you want: a bathroom with enough space, a tv, a hairdryer; there is even an ironing board and a clothes iron. A smile is enough for them to go out of their way to help travelers to spend a great time in their neat and cosy place. The rooms are surprisingly large. When we arrived, the place smelled lovely, fresh and clean, a welcome change from LA's horrible traffic-induced stink. Wireless worked flawlessly and was surprisingly fast as well. Make sure you plan about 60-90mins of transfer time between lax and this place using the supershuttle

  The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and comfortable beds meant we slept well. The gym was excellent and the swimming pool area although small was perfectly adequate. It is in an excellent position for getting to most areas around the city, close to both large shopping centres and boutique shops and restaurants on ... wat mensen zeggen » 3rd Street, and taxis were often waiting outside. The restaurant was excellent and is obviously a popular place in the evenings. - Very friendly, professional staff. Everyone was nice and always had a smile on their face, but not at all in an obnoxious way. Sam is very helpful. The room is quite large and spacious, and the bed comfy. Bathroom is nicely done, too. Location is excellent - right on West 3rd, a couple minutes' walk from the Beverly Center, great restaurants on 3rd, and boutique shops.
