  Great location in the heart of back bay, a ten minute walk for us to Fenway park for a Red Sox game, less than 5mins to Newbury st for shopping, breakfast in the hotel was fantastic, great relaxing hotel with a lovely gym and pool! Bathroom was very clean, we got extra towels which was not requested every morning! A great hotel! I will be returning next - Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat. The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern! Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

  Loved the Inn itself. The design and decor were beautiful. My husband and I got the One Bedroom Suite and it was so spacious with a fully stocked kitchen (yes, you can cook an enitre meal), comfortable bed as well as furnishings. I loved that it was a keypad entry. Also, the common room/downstairs lobby was great by providing a wonderful continent... wat mensen zeggen » al breakfast as well as a great cappucino machine!! Staff was extremely gracious and helpful. Was much better than staying at a main stream hotel, and - Large, good looking and comfortable room with a very good bed and convenient kitchen equipment. Nice location in the heart of the Back Bay area of Boston. Very nice and friendly crew, particularly understanding and caring when we exposed our noise problem in the first room we were assigned. The small breakfast room remains accessible at all time in the day enabling us to grab a tea or a coffee whenever we felt like having one.

I stayed there in 2007 before renovations and thought it was great then...so make your reservations in c - The hotel is in a good location. Staff members are nice, however, I would not say that they were excellent. We actually did not have any particular problem with them, so let's say they are OK. The services of the hotel are pretty good, including the every day newspaper, the information booklet in the room (which was extremely helpful) and the free wifi. Those who usually use the mini bar should be aware that there was no such thing in the room (we do not have any issue with this).

  What was supposed to be a romantic weekend with the love of my life was rudely interrupted by Snowstorm "Nemo", so I ended up at this wonderful Inn all alone for 3 nights. Still, it's a lovely historic site that was very comfortable and in a superb location. PS - the Sevens Pub right across the street is a great place to hangout in a snowstorm. - Friendly staff, lovely big room, breakfast in the room, treats, elevator, huge bed. It seemed a pretty good bargain. Plenty of drawers and hangers. Oh, and the location is absolutely perfect - close to the T, close to the Common, readily accessible (we did not drive).
