  Location was just amazing!!! Concierge service was fantastic as was the room device/bellboy service. Particular mention of concierge Carolyn, and Papa in lobby. Also the customer relations lady from Slovenia was amazing. Rooms are very comfortable and good size. The room was spacious and comfortable, well appointed and modern but without losing a classic feeling high ceilings and big windows.   This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly, the rooms are amazing and the rooftop bar has the most brilliant views. Wine hour every afternoon is also a nice little perk to staying here!   Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience.
