  I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. - I love the room...all the round inside the hotel very comfy and luxurious...like an expensive hotel...the ... wat mensen zeggen » pool was great too...and the most important that you accept my liitle doggy Princess...as a guest too....

  They were very accommodating to let us check in hours before 4pm, which was a plus considering we drove 10 hours with a toddler. Shawn or as he prefers to be called Whatawhata was wonderful. He was the friendliest staff we met there from the first day til the day we left. I requested for a room that had a view of the falls and without hesitations,... wat mensen zeggen » they were able to give us a room on the 22nd floor and had a gorgeous view of the falls, the town and of Canada! It makes it better because of how th - I loved the design of the rooms, the casino was amazing and very well put together, even with the renovation going on It didnt change a thing. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and took very good care of my friends and I. There was a slight mix up of rooms but they had it settled and changed our rooms in no time and everything went smoothly. I will defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in New York!
