  The hotel was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff kept us well stocked with fresh towels and plenty of coffee, and they were friendly. The desk staff and the bus boys were knowledgable and extremely helpful and friendly. They were always ready with a quick answer to questions, as well as, recommendations for travel, tours and dining. Thi... wat mensen zeggen » s may have been the finest hotel staff I have ever encountered! - Hotel is 'as-expected' but 7 blocks from subway in a nothing- special neighbourhood. We had a small issues with our booking through the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn to start they fixed the problem. The gym is ok but the pool hours are too short : 10 to 6pm

  I loved the facilities and how clean the suite was. Parking is great and the hotel is in the middle of a shopping center and movie theater. - How quiet and clean and luxurious the rooms were for the price in NYC metro area The staff were sweeties!
