  The Doubletree was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable and of course we were greeted with warm cookies! The Front Reception staff went to extra efforts to ensure our stay was a good one and assisted us with finding restaurants, activities and shopping. - The staff was great ...especially after I arriv... wat mensen zeggen » ed to found we didn't have reservations..like I thought.They were very helpful to fix the problem. - The customer service was wonderful. The front desk clerk was very helpful in selecting the perfect room to show a beautiful view of the city. T

  Excellent staff that seemed to be genuinely interested in making my stay as pleasant as possible. Although still going through a renovation phase, the Lancaster is a well appointed historic hotel with excellent access to Houston's theatre district and good quality restaurants. The room I stayed in was well equipped with bath robes etc., and a very... wat mensen zeggen » comfortable bed. - The hotel was gorgeous and the staff very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a full buffet rather than a continental breakfast. The complimentary shuttle service was fast and the drivers very courteous and helpful. There was a free wine hour in the evening and room service was prompt. This was the very best experience I've ever had at a hotel!

  My stay at this hotel was a great experience.The staff was very helpful and professional.I was upgraded to a suite that the the size of an apartment,very spacious.It was exactly what I was lookin for.The location was phenomenal I was in the middle of downtown and the galleria area,that was great.I was very happy with my choice . - Friendly helpfu... wat mensen zeggen » l staff , well run hotel , excellent location with courtesy bus to Galleria and medical centre .
