  I loved the service at the hotel. A small misunderstanding initially and immediately comped a couple of services for me. Was there for 6 fantastic days at a very peak period at high price but absolutely worth it. I was made to feel very comfortable especially as a woman travelling alone. Great location. Then they checked on us to make sure we were not bothered by the noise at all.   For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others. The room was comfortable, the decor was interesting and bonuses for me were free internet and plenty of electrical outlets. It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.
