  This is our second stay at Encantada and we will be staying again and again, this complex is 10 out of 10, i cant fault the place, its clean, modern, has everything you need, there is a target jut down the road for food etc and plenty of restaurants just down the road. The staff are very friendly and will help with anything they can. Except for the carpeting on the stairs needing a cleaning, the unit was pristine. The kitchen was perfect for simple meals. The hot tub was a great touch! We all loved it. The pools were heated and very clean.The area was convenient to shopping and to entertainment. Very good restaurants close by.

  When we first pulled in the front desk staff was very welcoming.. Entering our villa it was really well put together, clean and very spacious.. Also there was an immaculate view facing the lake.. All the things you could think to need in a home they supplied..(all cooking utensil, washer/dryer etc. Very cost efficient I saved more than i would hav... wat mensen zeggen » e at a hotel.. - From the very minute we opened the front door we were struck by the amenities. Would and have recommended the Villas to friends and family. Would stay there again if we return to the area. Staff rated as good instead of excellent as we had so little interaction with them. The location was perfect, with easy access to Publix for grocery needs.

  We actually decided to extend our stay because we found the place extremely beautiful. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped us out with even a better room then the one we expected. Very prompt! Very clean and quiet, amazing view, equipped with golf course , pools, lakes, fountains, looks like a small community. We are definitely looking... wat mensen zeggen » forward to returning here. - This place was great. We were in the East village and were pleasantly suprised by the tranquil atmosphere. I had read reviews about the odor of Animal Kingdom being next door - we didn't notice a thing. We used all the pools in the facility - and enjoyed them all. We will definately be back and are highly recommending this resort to others.

  This is our second stay at this resort. It is convenient to the places we need to go when in Orlando/Kissimmee. We would still recommend this resort, even considering some of the annoyances. - The rooms are spacious, beds are soft, rooms are very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

  Loved the proximity to Disney and Sea World. Loved the large villa. Pools were very clean. 95% of the staff was excellent but the few that were less than fabulous downgraded the overall rating. Value!! :-) My son had stayed in the hotel part before and been far happier but since we had more people this time and we wanted to be together we had... wat mensen zeggen » to take the villa which inside was nice (there is some upkeep needed) - The hot breakfast was surprisingly tasty, the staff was cheerful and helpful, the resort pools were clean and well maintained, as was the miniature golf course, and playground. For a short stay with young children, the low price and amenities greatly outweighed the slight discomforts of the room.
