We liked everything! Charming structure and setting, in the woods, but just back from the main road. Comfortable, clean, well appointed room and bathroom-not luxurious but more than satisfactory A superb value for the price. Wonderful, friendly, helpful, accommodating owners. Delicious breakfast, though limited fare. -

It was kind of strange to have the inn to ourselves, but such a treat. So i recently stayed at the butternut inn for 3 nights for some early season skiing. Aside from the price being more than affordable, the room was clean, and the free breakfast was delicious. Also the owner.. Jim is a great guy. I highly reccomend staying there. -
