There were several patio areas to enjoy, including a lovely roof top deck. It seems that El Patio has many repeat customers and people were very friendly. I got lots of helpful tips regarding places to see and restaurants to check out...all while sitting outside enjoying the lovely weather while talking to others who were staying at the hotel.   Value - There are many hotels to choose from on Key West, but at a cost. The Best Western was a good value. It was clean and easy to get to. It is a little further from downtown but still only a 10 minute drive to Duval Street. We visited during the off season so there was plenty of street parking for $2 an hour off of Duval. Other than the pool, - Courteous and helpful staff. Nice breakfast complete with make-your-own waffle machine. Bus service into Key West stops right outside front door of hotel. Spacious and comfortable bedroom. Free WiFi with excellent signal. Really nice, warm pool and nice cocktail bar beside it. Lovely, cute birds frequent the poolside area.

  Everything! Before booking this Hotel I read the reviews. Let me counter most of them. If you're riding a motorcycle, stay here. They are extremely accommodating! The breakfast is exactly what you need. Just enough to get your day started. The beds are great, a/c blasted cold and staff is excellent. Little porches to sit on, the pool is clean and set up like it's your home instead o - The room was crystal clean and adorable! I never stayed in a guest house before. It was a dream come true! Its going to make staying in a hotel ever again harder. Lovely lady named Jennifer at front desk. Everything about the whole place was so relaxing and so peaceful! I'm going to stay 2 nights next month! Free breakfast was great...highlights were the freshly squeezed orange juice and the fabulous coffee! I look forward to my next visit.   Location was perfect for walking to downtown and all of the festivities. Really enjoyed relaxing by the water after a long night of partying. Drinks and food at the tiki were great as was the service. Would highly recommend the Galleon to anyone staying in Key West. Looking forward to the next visit! - Convenient to everything.
