  My husband and I had a four night stay here with our two teenage girls, and loved it. The staff were all great especially Brian (Irish), on the front desk, he gave us such a warm welcome, made us feel special. The room was fantastic, with view of marina. Fantastic position, very near Duval street and walked everywhere. Although so close to all... wat mensen zeggen » the action, the hotel was quiet. Would definitely recommend a stay here, loved it all. - Location. Location. Location. We stayed at this Westin because it is so convenient to the area of Key West that has most of the attractions, shopping, etc. It overlooks the water and is immediately adjacent to Mallory Square where everyone gathers to watch the sunset. We probably could have seen it from our balcony if not for just enough clouds to obscure just the sun each day.

  The suite was absolutely fantastic. We felt like celebrities, and we could find no faults with accommodations, views and the staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to assist with any issue. Housekeeping placed candy on the bed each day and inquired of any additional supplies. This was our little get a way for our 47th anniversary and i... wat mensen zeggen » t couldn't have be any more romantic from our relaxing on the beach below our suite to poolside to utilizing the shuttle to visit downtown. - Upon arrival at the Marriot we were upgraded from a Standard King to the Presidential Suite which was totally unexpected! The room was stunning, much more than we could ever ask for and we absolutely loved staying in that room. The fact the resort is outside the town centre wasn't an issue for us although the bus only goes once an hour so it wasn't very convieninet if you miss it! Jeff the pool attendant was excellent and really made our stay more pleasant.

The staff were nice and very frindely . The hotel facilities were clean and maintanted in a very good way. The location is perfect as it located on Duval Street which is full of nice restaurants and cafés .

We booked a room facing the water. It was a joy to open the seaside window in the morning and let in the fresh, warm air. The hotel is next to busy route 1, but it still has a small, family resort feel. There are iguana, giant turtles, and Ibis on the hotel grounds. The guy who rents the paddle boards and kayaks was also great. We can tell that it's had an upgrade recently because the paint is fresh and the facilities look updat

Staff very friendly and helpful. very clean place to stay, beds and pillows where comfortable. Housekeeping is great keeping room clean bed made and proving clean towels. The food at hotel was good we did breakfast buffet and ate out by - Pretty much everything was great! Superb location , great rooms including comfy beds. Excellent service throughout! Thru my job i stay something like 200 nights in a hotel annually, hence i feel qualified to evaluate. This hotel is absolutely Great!

  This place was awesome, we booked for one night and ended up booking for a second night. We were greeted with smiles and felt welcome from the time we walked into the office. Ruttanya was amazing even gave us a beautiful upgraded room, she was very attentive to my needs and very personable. Our room had a king, queen and a queen pull out which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Second day - Lets Start with AMAZING! I travel twice a month to Key west and don't know why I haven't stayed here before.Amazing staff very helpful and polite, less than 5 mins from Duval street with a free shuttle 11-4. CLEAN rooms spotless actually. AC works great. I had the 2 bedroom suite was a tri-level suite almost like a townhome. very Key west feeling thru out. Better option in Key west and amazingly reasonably priced. Highly recommend for solo travelers or family's

  The staff were veey accomodating, from the moment we arrived they paid attention to make it a special anniversary for us. We were greeted in our suite with baloons, chocolate truffles and champagne after a day of sightseeing. The beach and pool area were beautiful, and the pig roast was very enjoyable. We will definitely be back. - This is a typical resort hotel with rooms opening from an open corridor, very friendly and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The room was spacious, there was a fridge in it as well. I have to highlight the location of the hotel which is very good, it is like two blocks away from the Southernmost Point and you can reach the main street with a short walk. The hotel has a private beach as well.

  The service was incredible. We received champagne upon our arrival. Complete ocean view was not available but we had the best partial view. Very relaxing. Everything was available at the hotel so we did not need to leave the resort if we didn't want to. - Beautiful ocean view room. I liked the set up of the room. Tons of counter top space.
