  Most of all we love this location. We prefer a very late season stay due to our love of peace and quiet. Roy's assures us of this. Our room has the most glorious of views and any traffic sounds are dulled by the sound of ocean waves. The room itself was immaculately clean, new towels daily and the room spotless and fresh each evening we returned f... wat mensen zeggen » rom our travels around the area. I LOVE this gem of a place and plan to return every year I am able. - Waking up to the absolutely beautiful sunrise. Listening to the crashing of the waves. It was peaceful relaxing. Located just a short distance from the Hampton Boardwalk. Nice to return to the quiet of the room after spending the day on the boardwalk.

  This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting the area near Hampton Beach. Our room had a nice view out over the sea. The room was very comfortable and clean with great facilities. The room was decorated in a 'New England' style.(very nice) Staff were friendly and helpful and also provided a list of venues to eat locally as we did not know... wat mensen zeggen » this area. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again. - The view from our balcony. The prompt service we got when our TV wouldn't work. The beach was a short walk away. We were close to everything we wanted to do. We were also allowed to leave our truck in the parking area while we walked on the beach on check out day. A wonderful and unforgettable experience that will definitely bring us back to the Atlantic Breeze again.
