  Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes. Great staff,they were courteous and friendly and made you feel welcomed, The rooms and the grounds were kept very clean. - everything, The staff was awesome, we had a problem arise with our ac... wat mensen zeggen » unit. there was a new ac with in one hour, no questions asked. the entire staff was great. the location was one block from the beach. We will continue to stay there when ever we go up the Hampton Beach.

  Requested extra pillows and towels and we got them! Pleasant and helpful staff! Coffee and muffins hit the spot! We r coming back for the big room with hot tub! Oh yeah!! - It was clean and good value for the money. I did not use any of the amenities but the pool and hot tub area looked clean and not a lot of people.

  The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was very comfy. It was very quiet there also considering they were full. Nice ocean view. I enjoyed having the kitchenette. 2 burner stove, mini fridge which was pretty good sized,microwave, pots pans and utensils, coffee pot.Clean towels and a great shower, plenty of hot water. The room was clean and there was a great view of the beach from our balcony facing the ocean. Fantastic restaurant right next door was very convenient.

  I thought the owners (husband & wife) were very friendly & accommodating. The room was spacious & clean & the ac worked well. The kitchenette was a bonus to have also. - The courtyard with the grills was really nice! It was a solid hotel for what we needed it for (changing from beach clothes to night club clothes and sleeping).

  The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The owner and housekeeping introduced themselves and asked if we needed anything. We enjoyed a romantic evening with a cookout on the grill and a roaring fire in the fire pit. The location is just off the main strip, making it a quiet place to get some rest. We are returning in two weeks with our children! - We liked that it was only one turn and u were at the beach. The hotel staff was very pleasant. Espicially the one who signed us in I think she was the owner. She was very nice.
