  During our stay, we ended up going to The Lounge. Heather, the manager, did a fantastic job! She made sure we always had what we needed and was very professional and very nice. My husband and I both were very impressed with her and said if we ever needed to stay at a hotel in Grand Rapids again, we would stay at this hotel. - Hotel was quiet a... wat mensen zeggen » nd not crowded. Dining room offered nice menu selections. Staff went out of their way to assist us with some unexpected needs and were very accommodating with changes that made things easier for us.
