  The building is probably from the 1950's or 1960's, but recently renovated and very clean and comfortable. Rooms are small, but very convenient to the falls. The owner/manager is very courteous and makes every effort to please. Personally, I like having the car just outside the room entrance. The facilities were quite sufficient for anyone traveling on business and that is looking to be budget conscious. I was completely satisfied with my stay!

  I just loved staying at the Aashram Hotel by Niagara River. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly staff. The check in was quick and easy. Since we are very familiar with the Niagara Falls area, the location of the hotel was very convenient for us to get around. It doesn't look like much as you pull off the highway, but once you get closer, you can see that the grounds are very well maintained. The hotel is immaculately clean, staff were friendly and accommodating (Kim who checked us in was very nice!). We stayed in the King Spa room and it was perfect (clean, comfortable, spacious).
