  The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I brought my dog for a $7 small fee and that was great. The rooms especially are a little shabby-- the doors need a good washing for sure. Great location near lots of restaurants. - Room was on the first floor. I am happy that it had a hair dryer, refrigerater and micro-wave.
