  I loved the room, when traveling, my husband and I sleep best in seperate beds, and the little alcove containing the second bed, was just perfect.   Hosts are the most hospitable hotel owners we've ever met. Mr. Don and his wife Ditta gave us such a warm welcome that we immediately felt at home. Room was very spacious and clean.   Ok, it's not the Ritz, but it wasn't Ritz pirces! We stayed there for 3 nights for less than 1 night at an upscale place! The room was clean, staff was responsive to our requests such as for extra pillows, there was a working fridge as well as a microwave, tv and Internet were good, and it was centrally located in downtown. We will definitely stay... wat mensen zeggen » there again! - Great location and price. 1/2 mile from Old Town shops, etc. Accommodations were basic, yet very adequate. Clean room and bath with comfy and clean bed. Room and bath heaters work. 793 TV channels. Parking right in front of door.

  I truly enjoyed the friendliness of your staff and thier knowledge. We truly feel that we received more than our monies worth. We love minature golf, and this course was great, even in the cold we enjoyed it. We are planning a fund get-a-way for our Grandson and combination is particularly great for that. Thank You - The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the maids our outstanding in their job cleaning and helping guests.   I liked the location. I am a family member of long time residents of Ft Bragg, mother, uncles, sister, neices & nephews. We have always stayed at Tradewinds because it accomidated many members of out of town family and the resturant was a plus. It was very reasonably priced and they gave us senior and family discounts because we brought much b... wat mensen zeggen » usiness. Always the place to stay when coming up for funerals, weddings, reunions etc. Now it is Motel 6 and I am hoping it will get spruced up on the - Close to 'Down Town' Fort Bragg. Next to Rite Aide (kinda handy) the bar in the hotel has a live DJ on Friday and Saturday, this seemed popular with locals but did not keep us up. It looked a lot better than the Travel Lodge down the street for the same price. If you are not staying in one of the fancy romantic B&B's then you could do a lot worse.
