  The staff was incredibly helpful. Tony at the front desk did everything he could to assist us even after we checked out of the hotel. He kept an eye on our luggage while we spent the day in Fairbanks and while our second hotel refused to pick us up, Tony arranged for our transfer. Outstanding service in the hotel and in the restaurant. We would ha... wat mensen zeggen » ve preferred to have stayed in the Regency Fairbanks over our transfer to Sophie Station Suites. - This must be one of the best bargain options in Alaska. We paid 75 dollars for a spacious double room, that was clean and had everything necessary for even a longer stay. Wi Fi was perfect. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night and had to leave early in the morning, so we can say nothing about breakfast quality. Generally, this place, if they keep their present rates, is highly recommended.

  Everyone at the hotel was really nice. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were. They will also pay for your taxi to and from the airport which is a nice bonus! - breakfast, free HBO, location, rooms, free taxi to train station, no problems.

  Really enjoyed my 10 nights here fornteh aurora. Hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I chose this nHotel on the outskirts of town, formteh aurora, it had darker skies, and I saw them quite a few times!! There is a busstop out fron, but be aware that minimal to no service at weekends. - The staff were excellent and ... wat mensen zeggen » so accommodating, they went out of their way to help and advise us of things to see and do. A young staff member Stephanie was excellent and so informative and her knowledge of the area and Alaska was exceptional.

  Very friendly staff. Room was always made up. There was a plumbing problem in the bathroom which they fixed but also took some money off our room which we appreciated. The manager went out of his way. We will stay there again. - The hotel was modern and well located in the city.   My kids loved the swimming pool, even though it was freezing cold! The hot tub was very nice. One of our two rooms (King suite) was very nicely arranged. The staff were really nice and helpful. - Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and furnished well.

  I stayed at Alaska Grizzly Lodge with my sister from Japan from Sep 21 to 26, 2013. I loved the lodge! The décor was very nice and I was able to feel Alaska everywhere in the lodge and I took a lot of pictures of the lodge and the 3 very friendly and well-mannered dogs! The room was very comfortable and very warm. The host, Anita was very nice an... wat mensen zeggen » d friendly. He made great breakfast every morning and egg casserole was my sister's favorite! She helped us open fresh salmon we got from Yukon River - My wife and I spent 3 most wonderful nights at lodge. We watched aurora borealis Three days in a row from my balcony. Amazing location! Anita, owner of the lodge, provides different but delicious breakfast every day. Since most of us did not bring enough clothes for standing under -20 F outdoors, she offered heavy coats and boots to make our surora viewing so enjoyable. Anita provides lots of advices that make our trip a lovely memory of life time.

  I like that when I called to get a shuttle to the hotel, the response was very fast and the driver was looking for me. I was treated fantastic by the staff. I would like to thank the front desk clerk gentleman upon arrival, he was extremely courteous and kind.
