  Clean and spacious room. Convenient to I5 and Eugene, U of O. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Evening front desk manager, Katie, went above and beyond to assist me with my computer needs in the business center. I stayed two nights and all staff greeted me warmly and were available to answer any questions.   Location was useful for us for where we were based. Staff were fantastic. The doorman/driver Jamie was a really nice fella and helped us out a lot. Melanie at the checkout was super helpful also. Best part of the hotel was its fantastic staff. - cleanliness and friendliness, also right next door to hult center and tons of restaurants

  Everything. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, so it was unavailable for our stay, but it is a large pool with a small separate area for young children. The spa was wonderful and the doors were open, so it was there was fresh air - very comfortable. The rooms are large, beds excellent. Room was very large and cool view of the river. Nice concierge level access. The guy working it was very professional and constantly on task. Decent continental breakfast.
