A 20 minute walk to Navy Pier and easy walking to the Magnificent Mile and State Street so no matter which side of the river you want to explore this hotel offers a convenient location. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. There is a goo - The staff was very friendly, always helpful. They seemed to anticipate that I had a question and volunteered their assistance. We felt safe. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.

  From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful, friendly atmosphere. The hotel was nice, walking distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff, and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value. The location was off the beaten path but close enough if you wanted a nice long walk through the city to take it all in. I was very pleased with the facility and would definitely stay there again.

  Close to the Midway Airport and the shuttle service was convenient to get you to the airport in minutes. Rooms were very quiet - no noise from inside or outside the hotel came in.   We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome! They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. Simply a great experience, Thanks Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park!!! - When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great location, too.

  Room was super. Beds were so comfortable that I have never slept better in my life and the bathroom was equally superb with 2 huge washbasins. In most places nowadays you only get a shallow worthless basin but not in the Blackstone.
